This incident resulted in the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of theft and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several people injured by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - which police said was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - caused train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
